Tracking information can be requested when available.
Requests can be made via email or phone after 3 business
days when payment (if paid by credit card) is received
or 10 business days if payment is mailed in. We process
all shipments in a timely manner. Often times your order
may arrive before the tracking information is available
to you. UPS and USPS shipments can be traced on UPS.com
and USPS.com respectively.
