Shipping time may vary depending on your payment method,
location, size of order, and delivery service option
you select. To estimate the total delivery transit time
of your order, please refer below:

| Order Processing Time |
| |
Shipments usually leave our warehouse in 1-3 business
days after receipt of payment. In rare circumstances, we
can expedite shipments for an extra handling cost, but
we will let you know the reasons before we do so. We do
not prefer overnight shipping on the same day when u order
since it doesn't give us enough time to pack & process
your order. In addition, we have to verify orders for fraud
since many dishonest customers prefer overnight shipping.
“1-2 days or 3-7 days”represents items that usually require
1-2 days or 3-7 days respectively to be shipped out from our warehouse once ordered & the
form of payment is approved before 5 PM PT M-F.
“1+ week or 3+ weeks” some orders may require
more time to be processed. Items marked 1+ week or 3+ weeks require around
1 week or around 3 weeks respectively to leave our warehouse once ordered & the
form of payment is approved before 5 PM PT M-F.
“Special order” represents an item that
is not yet in stock. Once you place your order, we will
order the item immediately. We will ship it to you when
it arrives to our warehouse. If you want to know the

| Time in Transit |

Time in transit refers to the estimated time needed to
deliver your package after the shipment leave our warehouse.
UPS Ground: 1 to 6 business days, for
instance, to Southern California Locations (1 day), to
Miami, FL (6 days)
USPS Priority: 2-3 business days (as stated by USPS) anywhere
within the lower 48 states, customers should expect a longer
delivery time for shipment going to AL, HI, PR, GU, US
V.I., etc.
Ground – usually 5-7 business days
3 Day – 3 business days
2 Day – 2 business days
Next Day – 1 business day

Orders marked “1-2 days” are placed on Monday,
and shipped by Next Day method.
You will receive the orders within 2-3 business days.
Orders marked “1+week” are placed on Tuesday,
and shipped by Ground service (5-7days).
You will receive the orders within 2 weeks.
Business days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday,
and Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
For all other types of delivery methods, please consult
the carrier for details.
Please note that products will not be shipped during
weekends & holidays.
Refused or undeliverable shipments are not applicable
for a refund. If a shipment is returned, it will be
on hold until a $10 handling fee and funds to cover
re-shipping are secured. Please use an address where
a receiver will be available to accept shipment to
avoid any problems. If the change of address occurs
during an UPS shipment, with no fault on our side,
you are responsible for a $5 charge (charged to us
by UPS).
