• What are the conditions of your products?
All products sold are brand new and never been used.
• Are those lighting equipment street
legal?
Our lighting equipment is designed for off-road or
show purposes only. Our lighting products are neither “DOT” nor “SAE” approved;
you should check your local laws and regulations
for the use of the lighting products legally.
• Do lights come in pairs or in a single
piece?
All lights are sold in a matching pair or sets, unless
otherwise noted.
• Are your performance products CARB
exempted?
Our performance products, which are designed for off-road
vehicles and demonstration purposes only, are not
CARB exempted. You should check your local laws and
regulations for the use of our performance products
on any emission controlled vehicles.
• What does OEM/JDM mean?
OEM stands for “Original Equipment Manufacturer” and
JDM stands for “Japanese Domestic Market”.
• How come there are no posted prices/sizes
for wheels?
Wheel sizes come in many sizes and offsets, and prices
vary accordingly. To prevent confusion we recomend
talking to one of our knowledgeable sales reps to find
the right size wheel to suit your application.
• What do I get from an intake system?
An intake system usually includes a filter with some
aluminum pipe or just a filter with an air flow meter
adapter (sometimes it is built-in with the filter)
depending on its application which is usually listed
on the product’s description. Installation
instructions are not included.
• Are there any warranties for the products?

• How can I exchange or return something
if I have received damaged or defective products?
Please refer to our return and exchange policy.
• Do your products come with any installation
instructions?
Our products are manufactured for wholesalers or retailers
for resale purposes only; therefore, installation instructions
are not provided. Most products are generally easy
to install with common hand tools provided you have
some basic automotive repair knowledge. A professional
installation may be required for certain products,
such as, Nite Glow Gauges, Fenders, Coilover Kits,
etc.
• Does the picture represent the actual
product?
Although we have used our best efforts to keep the
most relevant pictures of all products, actual product
you receive may vary due to the changes made by the
manufacturers. We guarantee the products you are
getting are equal or higher in quality, value and
perform as designed. If you are not satisfied with
the product you receive, please email our customer
service representatives for assistance.
• What can I do if the item that I bought
does not fit my vehicle?
Our products are designed for specific application
and tested for fitment before we sell them on our web
store. Fitment problems could result from wrong installation,
manufacturing tolerances or wrong parts. Many installation
problems can be fixed by consulting a professional
or someone with prior experiences on installing such
products. Customers should expect some manufacturing
tolerances as this is the nature of aftermarket products.
Slight modifications of the part or your vehicle can
fix the fitment problem. If you feel you have received
a wrong product, simply email our customer service
representatives for assistance.
• Do your products fit non-US based
vehicles?
The designs of our products are based on the vehicles
sold in the US market. There is no guarantee that
our products will fit or work on other vehicles in
other countries. Although many of our products are
designed for US vehicles, they may be able to fit
RoW (rest of the world) models. |
